Scene 1: Start with curiosity
You do not need your career figured out to begin. Compass helps you explore a few directions and choose what to test next.

Scene 2: Start with a conversation
Start with a conversation. Tell the coach which college or university you attend or are considering. Then explore your major, interests, strengths, and what matters to you, one question at a time.

Scene 3: Shape your pathway map
The coach helps you build a pathway map. React to the options: what interests you, what does not, and what you would like to learn more about. Add promising options to your workspace.

Scene 4: Use Fit Compass
Review each pathway in Fit Compass. Work through all eight factors. Keep an estimate, adjust it, or mark what you do not know. These are starting points for your judgment, not predictions.

Scene 5: Compare and choose a next step
Choose two to five pathways for your report, review their scores, and confirm the order. Your report brings the comparison together so you can plan a practical next step, such as a conversation, course, or small project.

Your milestone guide shows where you are and what comes next. You can return to How this works or replay the page tour at any time. When you are ready, start with the coach.
